Drones – Recreational Unmanned Aircraft.

Fying Robots, Drones, the hottest Trend currently, are being used for more and more things. Therefore, Drones can be used for photos and camera shots that would otherwise be impossible.. Now is the time for you to get in on the excitement and adventure of flying your own Drone!

What is a Drone?

Drones, in a technological context, are an unmanned aircraft which essentially means, a drone is a flying robot. So, these aircraft may be remotely controlled but they can also fly autonomously through the software on board.  The software controls the flight plans through their embedded systems which work in conjunction with onboard sensors and GPS.

Four propeller Drones are often referred to as quadcopters, six propeller as hexacopters, and eight propellers octocopters.

Training Drones

The Holy Stone HS170 Predator Mini is very affordable and offers a lot of flying fun for the money. It may not have features such as a camera or automatic return home functionality.  However,if you’re simply looking for a robust and highly entertaining quadcopter, this may be it!

One of the main reasons the HS170 is featured is that it’s easy to fly and stable even in tricky conditions. This excellent performance and wind resistance makes the Drone very fun to use. Experience it as you get the hang of operating it quickly and, unlike many other quadcopters, it offers a frustration-free experience. If you want a very cheap, basic drone buy the HS170. If you want a camera plus extra features for a few extra dollars, we recommend the Holy Stone F181.

Most of all, the good news is that Drones are pretty easy to learn how to fly! You can get the hang of it with a little bit of practice. With that being said, there are a few things to keep in mind. First of all, we recommend starting with a small and relatively inexpensive Drone or flying robots.  Learning to fly your drone will result in a few crashes.  Prepare for it!  However, beginner Drones like the UDI U818A are durable enough to sustain crashes in the grass without breaking. This will save you money and future headaches. While your skills improve you can then move on to more advanced drones with confidence.

Drones For Recreational Fun

Recreational Drones and flying robots are the next big thing in Hobbies and Outside Entertainment! Capture smooth footage in the air. These small helicopter inspired vehicles usually come equipped with cameras. Control your Drone with either by smartphones or the paddle controls. Their sizes can range anywhere from (mini) palm sized to (intimidation) basketball sized, and can cost anywhere from $30 to a couple thousand dollars.

Time-Of-Flight camera sensors on drones or ground based have many powerful uses. TOF camera sensors can be used for object scanning, indoor navigation, obstacle avoidance, gesture recognition, tracking objects, measuring volumes, reactive altimeters, 3D photography, augmented reality games and much more.

Camera Drones for Photography and Business

People are finding new uses for Drones, Flying Robots,  every day especially those with a camera .Capture smooth footage in the air! It is an exciting and growing industry to be a part of! Ariel photographers are now capturing landscapes from previously impossible to reach altitude. Real-estate agents are showcasing properties from breathtaking perspectives. Farmers are utilizing 3D mapping to diagnose crop health and optimize growing potential. Companies like Google, Amazon and Walmart are experimenting with drone delivery.  And Top End Drones – with high-tech cameras – that take incredible HD or even 4k photos or video.  Top end Drones have speeds that exceed speed limits.

Drone Flying Legality and Safety

These flying robots machines can legally roam the skies under 400 ft. for recreational purposes. Especially relevant, when flying it is crucial to stay below 400 feet, keep at least five miles away of airports, and never fly above people.  Caution recommends that you do not fly them around Government Buildings, Lands or especially anything Military related.

Because so many pilots are taking to the skies, it is important that we remember to fly cautiously and with safety in mind. . Regardless of how much research you have done on a specific drone, it is absolutely necessary to read the owner’s manual from start to finish before flying . Every Drone is different and requires a thorough understanding in order to fly safely.
